Aingara Sarma initiated his career in 2009 as a Priest (Sadhaka Acharyar) at New Kathiresan Kovil, Colombo. Subsequently, he served as a Priest (Sarva Sadhaka Acharyar) at Sri Venkateshwara Maha Vishnu Moorthy Devastham in Dehiwala, Sri Lanka, since 2015. He has been actively involved in and participated in Maha Kumbabhishegams, Brahmotsava Festivals, and all other annual festivals across various temples in Sri Lanka.
Aingara Sarma has also been honored with "Sadhaka Booshanam," an honorary degree awarded by Dharmasastha Temple, Yarl/Nayanmarkattu Erumely, Jaffna, Sri Lanka, and "Sadhaka Ilavarasan," an honorary degree awarded by Sri Sandiramouleeswara Swamy Devasthanam, Sandilippay Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
He speaks several languages, including Tamil, Sanskrit, English, Sinhala, and Telugu. Aingara Sarma possesses extensive experience in conducting both Shiva and Vishnu poojas, as well as performing rituals such as Srimad Bhavad Gita Homam, Chandi Homam, and Skanda Homam, among others.
